Technical Support Contacts
First off, for any desktop/classroom IT issues DO NOT CONTACT WASH U IT. Nine times out of 10 they will redirect your call to someone else so you are simply adding an extra layer.
Contacting Hugh or anyone else in Arts & Sciences IT is much more time effective than contacting anybody at WashU IT. Only contact WashU IT directly for centralized IT services (your WashU Key password reset, telephones, WorkDay, etc.)
All students should contact the Tech Den for general support questions. Call 935-7100 or email techden@wustl.edu. They also have a help desk in Forsyth House (6214 Forsyth, just across the street from Bixby Hall) for in person help for all students.
For all technical issues regarding the Remote Sensing Laboratory including the Virtual Classroom in Rudolph 281, contact Lars Arvidson or Tom Stein
For Classrooms 102, 203 and 282, call (935-6810) or contact (ctl@wustl.edu) the Center for Teaching and Learning
For the GIS Classroom (Rudolph 308) contact Larry Mollard or Arts & Sciences IT.
For copiers or printers out of toner or paper contact Katie Vishion or Erin Marshall in the main office. To make changes on the EEPS website or to schedule an EEPS managed meeting room contact Katie Vishion.
For all other matters contact Hugh Chou, and if he is not available contact Arts & Sciences IT. You can contact Hugh via email, phone (314-935-4012) or Microsoft Teams. During Fall and Spring semesters (when classes are in session) Hugh is on campus Monday through Thursday and working remotely on Fridays. During Winter, Spring and Summer breaks he also works remotely on Wednesdays.
