First off, for any desktop/classroom IT issues DO NOT CONTACT WASH U IT. Nine times out of 10 they will redirect your call to someone else so you are simply adding an extra layer.
Contacting Hugh or anyone else in Arts & Sciences Computing is much more time effective than contacting anybody at Wash U IT. Only contact Wash U IT directly for centralized IT services (your WUSTL Key password reset, telephones, WorkDay, etc.)

For all technical issues regarding the Remote Sensing Laboratory including the Virtual Classroom in Rudolph 281, contact Lars Arvidson or Tom Stein
For Classrooms 102, 203 and 282, call (935-6810) or contact (ctl@wustl.edu) the Center for Teaching and Learning
For the GIS Classroom (Rudolph 308) contact Larry Mollard or Arts & Sciences Computing.
For copiers or printers out of toner or paper contact Riley Mullin, Erin Marshall or Katie Vishion in the main office. To make changes on the EEPS website contact Katie Vishion, or to schedule an EEPS managed meeting room, contact Riley.

During Fall and Spring semesters (when classes are in session) Hugh is on campus Monday through Thursday and working remotely on Fridays. During Winter, Spring and Summer breaks he also works remotely on Wednesdays.
